The Tower at PNC Plaza

The Tower at PNC Plaza is one of the nation’s premiere green buildings. Construction was completed in 2015 with the building offering a full centralized lighting control system with on screen graphical software for user ease of use. LaFace & McGovern proudly offered a very comprehensive lighting control system including occupancy sensing, vacancy sensing, daylight harvesting, global time functionality and more. In addition to the whole building control system, ETC high performance control systems and lighting were provided for the Auditorium and Main Lobby areas of the building. Buro Happold and Studio I provided the professional design services.
